NSQF Level 4 : Certified Fitness Trainer

Eligibility criteria: 10th passed
Course outline:
In this course the students will go through rigorous theoritical knowledge and practical activities to understand the scientifical way to guide clients in the gym floor. Some of the lessons included in the course will teach the International Protocols to be followed in the gym, correct usage of gym equipments for maximal results and training on communication skills to be able to scientifically guide the clients in the gym.

NSQF Level 5: Certified Personal Fitness Trainer

Eligibility Criteria: 12th Passed
Course Outline:
In this course you will learn everything from NSQF Level 4 with additional classes on how to guide a client for Personal Training to provide them optimal results. The additional classes will guide the students on how to take Fitness Assessments, Structuring custom workout plans, guiding on basic Nutritional requirements and lessons on human anatomy + physiology.
