The concept was programmed and developed by none other than the premier academy of excellence in delivering world-class exercise and nutrition science education and training - "Stay Fit Live Pure Fitness Academy,” under the guidance of Pulak Sir.

Out of all registered athletes, 40-100 athletes will be selected from the Qualifier event.

POF 100 Qualifier Event (Time cap: 15 minutes)

100 Meter Sprint
20 Burpees with 2ft broad jump
100 Meter Sprint
40 Squats
100 Meter Sprint
Kettlebell Overhead Swings 20 reps*
100 Meter Sprint
Single Hand Alternate DB Power Snatch 20 reps**
100 Meter Sprint
Single Hand Alternate DB Clean To Thruster 20 reps**
Plank Jack On Plate 40
(*Kettlebell: 12 kgs Men | 8 kgs Women
**Dumbbell: 15 kgs Men | 10 kgs Women)

POF-Fittest On Globe Main Event

(There will be 6 events for POF Fittest on Globe 2023)

An athlete can skip any 2 event
In order to be the Fittest, the 40-100 Selected Athlete have to score aggregate highest point in all the event he/she participates in.

Push Event 1 (2 rounds As Fast As Possible under 15 minutes)

Burpees with 2ft. Broad Jump 20 reps
DB Floor Press In Pelvic Bridge Position 20 reps*
BB Overhead Press (SP or PP, or PJ) 15 reps**
(*Dumbbell: 20 kgs pair Men | 10 kgs pair Women
**Barbell: 50 kgs Men | 30 kgs Women)

Push Event 2 (2 rounds As Fast As Possible under 15 minutes)

Deadlift 20 reps*
Rope Climbing 12 to 15 Feet or Sled Pull 20 metre**
(*Deadlift: 100 kgs Men | 60 kgs Women
**Sled Pull: 80 kgs Men | 40 kgs Women)

Lower Extremities Event 3 (As Fast as Possible under 12 minutes)

Squat with Box Jump 20 reps
(Box height- 18 inch or 1.5ft)
Barbell Back Squat: 10 reps*
Barbell Front Squat: 10 reps*
Kettlebell Overhead Lunges: 10 meter**
(*Barbell: 50 kgs men | 30 kgs women
**Kettlebell: 12 kgs pair Men | 8 kgs Pair Women)

POF (Weightlifting) ExplosiveLifting Event 4 (As Fast as Possible under 5 mins)

5 Reps of Snatch* + 5 reps of Clean and Overhead Press**
(*Snatch: 60 kgs Men | 30 kgs Women
**Clean and Overhead press: 80 kgs Men | 50 kgs Women)

Power snatch is allowed
Power clean is allowed
Shoulder press/Push Press/Push Jerk/Split jerk is allowed)

POF (Powerlifting) Strengthlifting Event 5 (As Fast as Possible under 3 mins)

4 Reps of Squat* + 4 reps of Bench press** + 4 reps of Deadlift***

SAPQ (Speed Agility Plyometrics Quickness) Event 6 (As Fast As Possible under 10 minutes)

100 Meter Sprint
100 Meter Agility or Zigzag Run
Plate Lateral Jumps 40 reps (20 each side)
Ladder In & Out Feet 10 meter
Ladder In & Out Hands 10 meter
