In 2015, by our beloved Pulak Sir, laid the foundation for the Power of Fitness Competition (POF) under the banner of Stay Fit Live Pure Foundation—a charitable trust dedicated to the betterment of the fitness and sports performance community. What began as a small initiative has grown into a global movement, inspiring people from all walks of life to embrace fitness as a way of living and celebrating human potential.
With its guiding ethos, "Fostering Complete Fitness," POF combines state-of-the-art fitness science with thrilling challenges, designed to crown the “Fittest Among the Fittest” while nurturing a spirit of camaraderie, inclusion, and perseverance. Central to its philosophy is Pulak Sir’s transformative concept: “Muscle Plus Performance Equals Complete Fitness.”
