In 2015, by our beloved Pulak Sir, laid the foundation for the Power of Fitness Competition (POF) under the banner of Stay Fit Live Pure Foundation—a charitable trust dedicated to the betterment of the fitness and sports performance community. What began as a small initiative has grown into a global movement, inspiring people from all walks of life to embrace fitness as a way of living and celebrating human potential.

With its guiding ethos, "Fostering Complete Fitness," POF combines state-of-the-art fitness science with thrilling challenges, designed to crown the “Fittest Among the Fittest” while nurturing a spirit of camaraderie, inclusion, and perseverance. Central to its philosophy is Pulak Sir’s transformative concept: “Muscle Plus Performance Equals Complete Fitness.”

1. POF Kettlebell Event | Time Cap: 90 seconds

  • 10 KB Bilateral Snatch
  • 10 KB Bilateral clean and Overhead press

PTP: No Dropping of kettlebells
Men: 16 kgs KB pair

2. POF Push Event | Time cap: 90 seconds | 2 rounds of

  • Dumbbell overhead press 10 reps
  • Dumbbell Floor press 10 reps
Men: 20 kgs pair
Women: 15 kgs pair

3. POF Pull Event | Time Cap: 300 seconds (5 mins) | 2 rounds of

  • Total rope climbing 30 meter
  • Barbell deadlift 10 reps
*Jumping allowed in rope climbing
Men: 100 kgs
Women: 60 kgs

4. POF Lower Extremities event | Time Cap: 180 seconds (3 minutes) | 2 rounds of

  • Barbell Overhead Squat 10 reps
  • Barbell Front Squat 10 reps
Men: 50 kgs
Women: 30 kgs

5. POF Powerlifting event | Time cap: 30 seconds on, 60 seconds Off
Maximum number of repetitions under 30 seconds of

  • Barbell Squat : Max reps under 30 seconds (Men: 100 kgs | Women: 60 kgs) | 60 seconds off

6. POF Weightlifting Event | Time cap: 30 seconds on, 60 seconds off
