Incorporate the listed exercises in your workout regime:
Jogging, biking/cycling, running, sprinting and rowing in a limitless variety of drills. The clean and jerk, snatch, squat, deadlift, push press, bench press, and power clean. Jumping, box jump, vertical jump, long jump, medicine-ball throws and catches, pull-ups, dips, push-ups, handstands, presses to handstands, kips, hang & hold, farmer-walks, sit-ups, scales, and plank holds. Regularly use bikes, the track, rowing shells and ergometers/recumbent bikes/spinning bikes, Olympic weight sets, rings, TRX, kettlebells, parallel bars, free exercise mats, horizontal bars, plyometrics boxes, medicine balls, and jump ropes. Breathing always plays a crucial role in improving performance, so the inclusion of pranayama in conjunction with meditation is an essential element to maximize health, wellness, and complete fitness. POF strength and conditioning program works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.
The POF training is designed for everyone, which is tremendously effective, efficient and safe for improving overall health, complete fitness, wellness and performance from people of any age group starting from 5 years to 95+ years.
