2 MINUTES AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

Event 1:
MEN:
BB POWER SNATCH 10 REPS - 30 KGS
BURPEES WITH BROAD JUMP 10 REPS

WOMEN:
DB Single Hand Power Snatch: 10 reps – 10 Kgs
Burpees With Broad Jump: 10 reps

Event 2:
MEN:
BB POWER CLEAN AND OVERHEAD PRESS 10 REPS – Men 50 kgs
HIP TAP PUSH UPS 10 REPS

WOMEN:
DB Single Hand Power Clean and Overhead Press 10 reps – 15 kgs
Hip tap Push Ups 10 reps

Event 3: (As Fast as Possible under 4 minutes.)
1. BB DEADLIFT 15 REPS (MEN - 80kg | WOMEN - 60kg)
2. KB OVERHEAD PRESS 15 REPS (MEN - 12 kgs pair | WOMEN – 8 kgs pair)
3. BOX JUMP OVER - 20 reps
4. PLANK AND JACK TO PLATE- 20 REPS
5. HAND RELEASE BURPEES - 15 reps

IMPORTANT POINTS
1. There will be 2 attempts in event A and the winner will be declared based on points made by Wilks Score.
2. The registration points for all three events (A, B & C) will be ₹400/- only.

     a. Juniors- Less than 20 years
     b. Seniors- More than 20 years
     c. Masters - More than 40 years
