“Lifting weight doesn’t make women huge ..”

Despite scientific evidence regarding the benefits of weight training there are too many women who still hesitate to lift weight. Rather it’s a great workout to remain fit and stay youthful.Most women hesitate to lift weight because of the numerous misconceptions . I personally witnessed women taking about weight training as-“Weight Training will make them looks manly .This happen because of lack of scientific knowledge. This needs to be changed by making them understand about the benefits of weight training.

There are numerous benefits of doing weight training.But some people still thinks weights are not for women.There are some women who believes only cardio will help them burn fats, which is undoubtedly a wrong concept.Women can pursue weight training as a priority fitness regime to lose their extra pounds, and enhance their performance and get the desired fitness goals. Regular training will increase body’s resting metabolic rate, making metabolism more effective so that the body can burn more calories.By combining resistance training with a healthy diet and cardio, women trying consistently to lose weight will definitely see significant results.

Weight training is most important specifically for women as it is considered to be one of the most fruitful exercise to build muscle mass and helps to lose unwanted fats.Some of the benefits of Weight training are as follows:

1)Weight training improves bone density
2)Helps women lessen their joint pain.
3)Reduce the risk of injury and strengthen bone and muscle. 4)Improves muscle flexibility.
5)Improves lower back pain .
6)Helps to lose weights. etc..

When it comes to lift weight countless amount of misleading or conflict information makes it difficult to separate the fact from the original. So, this is why many women end up doing cardio routine with the fear of lifting heavy weights.Some of the misconception about weight training are as follows:

1)Lifting weights will make women muscular-This is the most common myth about weight training of women.women have a low level of growth hormone needed to build muscle, so when compared to men ,the risk of being muscular is far low.Lifting weight builds muscle and will subsequently burn fat.

2)women can’t lose weight through lifting 3)Women needs to lift only light weight to tone up.

These are some of the myth we hear on a regular basis.
